2023 Unico Zelo Sea Foam Pet Nat

The Unico Zelo Pet Nat has been a fan-fave of ours since it's first release. And of course it just had to come from Fiano, the variety Brendan and Laura Carter have so passionately championed for many years.

Introducing 'Sea Foam'! It has all the ripe stone fruits and tropical fruits that the variety naturally possesses, with a savoury, saltiness on close balancing things nicely. Throw in some nice fizz and we've got a real party starter!

Another fun and fascinating drink from Unico Zelo and, as always, unbeatable value for money.

2023 Usher Tinkler Death by Semillon

Lovers of the classic clean and crisp Hunter Valley Semillon may want to keep scrolling, this is a little left of centre.

Here is Usher Tinkler's dangerous alternative expression of the famous Hunter Semillon wine style.

Usher left this on skins for 3 months in French oak before pressing, allowing the juice to pick up a bright golden colour in the glass, adding the dimension of tannin to the racy acidity that Semillon from this region is famous for. The result is textured and mouth watering, with a citrus tannin zing.

Bottled without any preservatives and without any fining or filtration, this is a Hunter classic reinvented.

2023 Jauma Somewhere on Another Hill Sauvignon Blanc

James Erskine’s boundary-pushing approach to natural winemaking takes centre stage with this compelling Sauvignon Blanc. Known for redefining expectations, Jauma’s wines are crafted with purity and energy, a true reflection of their origins.

This wine comes from a secret site in McLaren Vale, farmed organically by Dave Gartelman. At 380 metres, the vineyard benefits from cooler conditions more akin to the Adelaide Hills than McLaren Vale. The 25-year-old vines are planted on red clay with shale and quartzite, bringing mineral intensity to the fruit. The grapes were destemmed and left on skins for four weeks, a maceration process that balances ripe tropical fruit with refined phenolics. The wine then rested on lees for 13 months in seasoned French puncheons, allowing its structure and finesse to develop.

On the palate, it’s as much about texture and acidity as it is about flavour, with a light, quenching feel that lingers long after the last sip. This is Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it—Erskine’s nuanced take showcases the variety’s ability to shine under natural, hands-off methods.

Tiny quantities available; this is one to experience before it disappears.

2023 Good Intentions Wine Co. Relatively White

The 2023 Relatively White marks the 10th anniversary of Good Intentions Wine Co.’s journey, going back to its roots with 100% skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc. This amber-hued beauty, crafted from Mount Gambier’s volcanic soils, spent 3–4 weeks on skins before ageing in barrel for 18 months, building depth, texture, and complexity.

It's a juicy yet earthy orange wine, offering a mineral-driven palate with soft, chalky tannins and a bright, clean finish. It’s full of personality, balancing varietal freshness with the richer tones of extended skin contact and oxidative ageing.

Whether you’re a seasoned orange wine fan or just dipping your toes in, this bottle delivers everything you’d want - fun, slurpability and freshness.

2024 Lucy M. Sangiovese Barbera Nebbiolo

This is a love letter to the Italian classics, made in the heart of the Adelaide Hills by the natural wine legend, Anton van Klopper. This unique blend of 50% Sangiovese, 30% Barbera, and 20% Nebbiolo is crafted from meticulously sourced, organically farmed fruit: the Sangiovese from the Piccadilly Valley’s 60-year-old Deanery Vineyard (Australia’s oldest), the Barbera from McLaren Vale, and Nebbiolo from Hope Forest.

Fermented carbonically for just four days, the wine is bright and fresh, brimming with vibrant red fruit, wild herbs, and a lively, earthy complexity. Maturation in ceramic eggs adds a rounded texture and allows the pure flavours to shine. Expect a juicy, textured palate with subtle spice, fine tannins, and a refreshing finish – a wine as full of personality as Anton’s trailblazing vision for low-intervention Australian wines.

If you’re dreaming of Tuscany or Piemonte, this Lucy M. blend brings a taste of Italian soul to Aussie soil - bright, bouncy and delicious to the last drop.

"A blend of many parcels that makes a convincing sum of the parts. Another highwater mark from Lucy M from this suite of red releases. Loaded with character, a bustling hive of edgy, red berry fruitiness, crushed rock minerality, alpine herb, pepper, woodsy spice, cola and green olive. Fun is a by word. A thirst quenching red of vigour and pop, a crispness, crunch, textural chew and savouriness deeply inlaid. Frisky red. Fun. Delight!"
- Mike Bennie (The Wine Front)

2024 The Other Right Love Potion Shiraz

The Other Right’s ‘Love Potion’ is a joyful expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious. Crafted by Alex Schulkin and Galit Shachaf from their organic Sellicks Hill vineyard, this limited-release wine is dedicated to unity—embracing connection not just with loved ones, but with humanity as a whole.

The Shiraz, with a small touch of Grenache, is grown on Ernst Sigel’s NASAA-certified organic site and undergoes carbonic maceration, yielding a vibrant, fresh profile. Alex’s background in wine research shows through in the wine’s impeccable balance, combining the philosophy of natural winemaking with an expert hand in crafting clean, expressive flavours.

Dark berries, chocolate, cedar, and cracked black pepper dominate, while the Grenache adds a subtle lift of blue fruit. The whole-bunch fermentation imparts a lively edge, making this wine perfect for chilling and enjoying in warmer weather. It’s approachable yet brooding, juicy yet structured—designed to bring people together over a glass.

With only 80 dozen produced, ‘Love Potion’ is a fleeting but unforgettable ode to love in all its forms. A must-try for those seeking a Shiraz with soul.
