This is the flagship wine from Two Paddocks – an organically grown barrel selection from across Sam Neill's four Central Otago vineyards.
These vineyard holdings are planted densely to a range of different cones, and the majority of their vineyard practices are done by hand. In the winery, they use traditional methods too - a solid portion of whole bunches (46%), fermentation with wild yeasts and plunging done by hand.
It's organic, vegan friendly and absolutely delicious - brambly earthiness, plush and flavour filled. It has ageing potential too, but it might be hard to resist.
