2023 Sassafras Gamburra White Ancestral Sparkling

He never sits still, constantly refining his take on the ancient sparkling technique. And the results are seriously impressive.
This Sassafras release is one of his best to date.

2023 Wildman Astro Bunny Pet-Nat
The Astro Bunny is a playful Pet-Nat by the hands of Tim Wildman, MW.
This is an all sorts blend of Arneis, Nero d'Avola and Fiano, from various vineyards across Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale.
Tim is emphatic that wine should fall into one of two categories: fun or fine. This wine sits firmly in the former category.
Astro Bunny is fun and fizzy, a little funky and positively loaded with personality. It's a spritzy wine that will charm any fan of this hugely popular wine style.
2024 Delinquente Tuff Nutt Pet Nat
Crisp and crunchy Pet-Nats are booming in popularity across Australia. And when you can find thirst-quenching, chuggable wines like this at these kinds of prices, it's not hard to see why.
This is made from one of the only plantings of Bianco d'Alessano outside of its home in the Apulia region of southern Italy. The Proud family at Sherwood Estate in Loxton North seems like an ideal place for this variety to thrive as it's warm and dry just like its homeland.
The exotic perfume and wildness of this variety make it an ideal candidate for this light-fizz wine style. It's vibrant and bouncy and excellent value for money.

2023 Unico Zelo Sea Foam Pet Nat
The Unico Zelo Pet Nat has been a fan-fave of ours since it's first release. And of course it just had to come from Fiano, the variety Brendan and Laura Carter have so passionately championed for many years.
Introducing 'Sea Foam'! It has all the ripe stone fruits and tropical fruits that the variety naturally possesses, with a savoury, saltiness on close balancing things nicely. Throw in some nice fizz and we've got a real party starter!
