Argyros Estate, founded in 1903, is known for its sustainable farming and ancient ungrafted vines, some over 200 years old. This blend of 90% Mandilaria and 10% Mavrotragano was aged for six months in neutral French oak, enhancing complexity while keeping the fruit in focus.

Bright red fruit leads the palate, supported by savoury notes of liquorice, toasted spice, and silky tannins. The Mavrotragano adds depth, while fresh acidity keeps it lively and balanced.
