The Sinapius wines are built on a philosophy of fruit first, winemaking second.
With a close planted vineyard at the centre of it all, wines like the Clem almost make themselves. This delicious little field blend is a combination of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, Gewurztraminer & Chardonnay Musque.
Everything was co-fermented, soaked on skins for 10-16 days, and sent to foudre for 9 months on lees. It's a wine about balance, texture and vineyard expression, with all the varieties coming together to create harmony and deliciousness.
