2021 Koerner Classico Cabernet Sauvignon

This is the Koerner brothers' take on the classic Clare Valley Cabernet. There are many who believe that Cabernet is the region's best suited varietial and the Koerners certainly make a bold case for it here.

The fruit from their Parish, Vivian & Gullyview Vineyards and was picked for freshness, though power was not sacrificed. The intensity and depth of flavour here is a regional marvel.

A much more traditional wine here from the Koerners, albeit with their own twist. Quality and longevity were certainly front of mind when they brought this to bottle. This is their finest wine to date and something that should live a long and distinguished life for a decade or two to come.
