2019 Larry Cherubino Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Cedary and cellarworthy, this is the high watermark of Larry Cherubino's Cabernet range out of WA.

A range of vineyards in the Wilyabrup supply the fruit, and Larry supplies the expertise, harnessing some dense blackcurrant, earthy and spicy fruit with high quality oak.

It's got on eye on the future, with chalky, cedary tannins and penetrating length, but can be approached now with a decanter in hand and rare steak with a good marble score.
