It's a place for them to create wines that perhaps fit outside of the S+S brand. Where S+S has made a name for themselves as the verified kings of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, here's their take on a lightly textural style of Pinot Gris.
The fruit is chilled and left on lees for four months before being bottled, allowing Gris' natural roundness to flesh to come to the fore.
It's dry, crisp, crunchy and the perfect no-brainer white to knock back on a sunny afternoon.
