Ben Mullen crafts this from mostly Syrah (Shiraz) with a touch of Pinot Noir. Barrel fermented and aged on lees for a few months to slowly build texture, this is a beautiful, delicate and floral take on quasi-Provencale-style Rose.
It's slippery, gently spicy and a lot of fun to drink.

"A blend of 80/20% shiraz/pinot. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented and matured in old puncheons. An enticing, bright salmon pink. Aromas of red fruits, red apple skins and a little spice precede the palate, which is bone-dry, flavoursome, pithy and refreshing. Well priced too."
