The Soul Sister is a blend of Riesling and Gewurztraminer from the Strathbogie Ranges & the Yarra Valley.
These two varieties complement each other so well, with Riesling bringing the freshness and zip and the Gewurztraminer bringing wonderful exotic perfume and a luscious mid-palate.
This specific blend has had a little extra texture worked into it through the use of old oak and concrete for fermentation, creating a slightly waxy, almost chalky character, that works beautifully with the crunchy acidity of the Riesling.
