This ridiculously delicious Tassie Pinot is made by the Hughes brothers of Mewstone fame, only ever produced in tiny amounts.
They take fruit from a single vineyard in the North West of Tasmania, then ferment it as whole berries and a small portion of whole bunches in a milk vat for around 20 days. And what an excellent decision that turned out to be - the finished wine is fantastic.
The hits keep on coming from this Tasmanian duo. Their Pinot Noirs are full flavoured and spicy. Yet another top release that won't last long.
