Ever since winning the iconic Jimmy Watson Trophy a decade ago, the Home Hill Kelly's Reserve has established itself as one of the premiere Pinot Noirs in Australia.
It's comprised of a selection of the best barrels of Pinot Noir grown on the Home Hill vineyard in the Huon Valley. It's crafted by Paul and Gilli Lipscombe, two young and talented wine folk who are taking Tasmania by storm.
The thing that sets this wine apart is the sheer volume and density of the fruit. It's a powerhouse, deep, dark and smooth as silk.
This is one of the finest Pinot Noirs in Tasmania: an excellent cellaring prospect or premium drink now option.

"As I write this, I've just returned from judging at the 2025 Tasmanian Wine Show, where this particular wine put in a stellar showing at the pointy end of the trophy judging. Gee it's lovely. There's not a hair out of place. Beautifully pure red berry and raspberry fruits with great carry of aroma and flavour, spice, some distant undergrowth tones, some cured meats, everything in balance and true with a sapid, saline cadence and fine, powdery tannins. It is just a pleasure to drink."
