2023 Dhillon Glenhope Riesling

This Riesling is a recent addition to the Bindi stable, hailing from a vineyard at the northern end of the Macedon Ranges.

It's a textural delight with crystalline acidity and typical Bindi precision. Winemaker Michael Dhillon strikes the balance between fruity and savoury so beautifully with this release. It's a wine that drinks so well now but will reward mid-term cellaring also.

Another great addition to the excellent stable of wines from this great Victorian producer.
