The 2022 Shannon Sanctuary Peak Sauvignon Blanc is a dangerously easy-to-drink wine, put together with precision by winemakers Gordon Johnson and Nadia Cilliers. 

This Sauvignon Blanc showcases concentrated primary fruit aromas of asparagus, citrus, and capsicum, complemented by a minerally, flinty character. The clay and shale soils contribute riper fruit flavors and a broader palate, adding structure and depth. A portion of the wine is naturally fermented and matured on the lees, providing a fuller mouthfeel and enhancing complexity.
