2022 Das Juice Red

Das Juice is a partnership between long time friends and business partners, Tom Sheer and James Audas. The two run LO-FI Imports, a wine importing company that sources rare and unique natural wines from across the globe.

Recognising that there is a need for more affordable wines made with that same ethos (i.e. sustainably farmed and made with minimal intervention), the boys set up Das Juice to fill the gap.

This is Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc blended to make a soft, slurpable style. No oak, no adjustments (save for a dash of sulphur at bottling). Just fresh-feeling red that is begging for a chill.
