This has quickly become one of the top Rosé wines in Beechworth.
It's made from juice from the famous Domenica Nebbiolo. Fermented in barrel for texture, some solids came along for the ride to lend weight. This is a serious savoury Rosé with great backbone and drive.
There is precious little Nebbiolo fruit on the Domenica vineyard, and even less assigned to this wine, but it's a blinder.
If you're looking for a more serious, food-friendly style of Rosé, this is a great option.

"Lovely wine offering the signature of Nebbiolo with cherry, white peach, almond meal, dried flowers, and fennel. It’s lively and flavoursome, with bright pink grapefruit acidity lending some zip. There’s a nutty and grainy element to the texture, with redcurrant and blood orange flavours on a finish of excellent length. Savoury, gently saline, and very good to drink. It’s fair to say I think this is a very good expression of rosato. Delightful."
