Virginie Moreau now leads the charge in this premier cru site, drawing on vines replanted in 2001 with rare massal selections, now hitting their prime at 20 years old. The result is a deeply mineral and intensely flavoured wine, balancing orchard fruits and floral notes with a wet-stone minerality.

Crafted with traditional, organic methods—hand-harvested, whole berry pressed, naturally fermented, and aged slowly in large oak—this Chablis is textured, refreshing, and faithful to the classic shape and style of the finest Chablis.
