Crafted from Alberto’s sandiest plot in Santo Stefano Roero, this Nebbiolo captures the essence of Roero’s unique terroir. The grapes were hand-picked from 25-year-old vines, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks—no oak, no fuss. Just eight days on skins for a perfect blend of fruity brightness and earthy elegance. It’s bottled unfined and unfiltered, bringing you as close to the vineyard as you can get.
On the palate, it’s all about purity—light-footed yet expressive, bursting with red berry energy and that signature Nebbiolo nerve. Sandro d'Pindeta is as much about storytelling as it is about flavour: it reflects Roero’s sandy soils, Alberto’s family heritage, and the modern spirit of the region’s rising stars.
